You can hire our TelePresence room for the duration of your conference and communicate with others using the same system in a different location. The Commundo Tagungshotels in Hamburg, Stuttgart and Ismaning also have TelePresence rooms.
Of course if you wish you can also hire other conference equipment, catering and any other services you might need.
TelePresence at the Commundo Tagungshotel Neuss:
- Number of live conferencing participants: from one to six
- Number of monitors: one
- Coffee, tea, and mineral water are included
- Special equipment available upon request: pinboard, flipchart, presentation kit, laser pointer
- Rates for TelePresence: €99 per 30 min. (minimum duration 60 min.)
- Use of conference room is included in the price
- Rates for DSL internet access if required: €23.11 per day (net)
- Rates for wireless internet access available upon request
