Technical infrastructure: Portfolio & use cases
With their unique technical infrastructure, the Commundo conference hotels offer an IT portfolio that leaves nothing to be desired at eight locations.
We have implemented a 10 Mbit/s fallback connection for all locations in a separate VPN. The Bladecenter infrastructure is virtualized via VMWARE. We have compiled four example use cases to show how you can make use of this for your company.

Use case 1: One-to-many presentation of products, services and application software
One-to-many presentations make it possible to simultaneously pass on information to your employees across regions. And all that not as one-way communication but in the form of a dialog, allowing you to respond live to questions from other locations.
This way, you can also introduce products or software applications quickly and cost-efficiently across regions. Or hold a conference without having to invest a lot of time and money in traveling.
Use case 2: Hotel room as an office in the event of an emergency
Full service from a single source without being bound to long-term leases – this is what the Commundo conference hotels offer if you require office space at short notice. For example, because your company is expanding or there are pending reconstruction measures. We make the required rooms available within 48 hours and optionally also provide catering and on-site accommodation.
Use case 3: Infrastructure for testing, acceptance and initial training for rollout projects
You can design your entire test management (load and performance tests, security tests, functional tests, usability tests) and your initial training sessions with our high-quality IT infrastructure, as well as the required server services and corresponding support. This enables you to flexibly use work resources at attractive conditions.
Use case 4: Center for online tests/skill tests and camps
Online tests and certifications (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce tests, IPMA certifications) which are performed using IT require a high-quality IT infrastructure. The Commundo conference hotels are perfectly equipped for this and can also offer catering and accommodation to test participants.
